Presentations ,Workshops and Classes

Over the past 16 years I have been invited to present , lead workshops or teach classes in over 40 venues. From Ob-Gyn Grand Rounds, GI and Oncological Nursing Association Meetings,National Conferences, Hospital Departments and Private Practice Settings, Radio Interviews for the public, to Continuing Education courses at universities- my mission is clear: to provide  education that inspires both health care providers and the public about how connecting with the pelvic floor muscles and core can improve one's well being and quality of life. Educating communities about the benefits of pelvic floor rehab while also focusing  on  prevention and wellness has been a large part of my professional calling.

Consultation/Program Development

For 20 years I have been designing, researching and developing innovative practices and programs. From pioneering the first comprehensive pelvic floor rehab physical therapy practice in the State of Maine to designing, researching , authoring and launching the Holistic Studies Certificate Program for Health Care Professionals at Harcum College- I have been able to combine my skills as an academic, author, clinician and business owner to create successful programs in education, clinical practice and wellness.

Patient Consulation

I have focused my clinical skill on working with patients with complex pelvic floor issues. This is my passsion.

I speak with people from all over the country who are dealing with pelvic floor issues. I offer phone/Facetime/Skype consultations to assist people in a multitude of ways including helping people determine if their health issue may benefit from pelvic floor rehab, connecting them with a quality pelvic floor physical therapist in their locale, or discussing other options if they are currently not progressing in their current pelvic floor rehab program.

I am also treating a limited number of private clients at my home office in Buxton Maine and at another office in Scarborough Maine.
